Show Description:
Bringing their trademark slapstick, puns and gimmicks to the small screen, 'The Abbott and Costello Show' features Bud Abbott and Lou Costello as out-of-work actors and roommates staying at Mr. Field's Hollywood boarding house. Joined by an off-the-wall supporting cast, such as dimwitted policeman Mike Kelly (Gordon Jones) and bratty child Stinky (Joe Besser), Abbott and Costello encapsulate their classic burlesque routines in a loosely plotted television format.

Subject: Experiencing for the first time at 30 yo
I love listening to Pandora (music app). In their comedy station I heard a skit from the Abbot and Costello show. I remember laughing my butt off at the humor. I thought it was a radio show. But when I did some digging, found out it was a TV show. Even though I'm a 90's baby, I grew up watching Sanford and Son, All in the Family and other classics when I was just in the 6th/7th grade. I guess I'm an old soul because I really got attached to that stuff. Well, here I am discovering these two beauties and am so glad to be able to watch it here. They have episodes on Youtube, but who knows if the ethics police will pull down wholesome shows one day. So great to have a copy for archive purposes. I wish I could thank these gentlemen and their team for the laughs and happiness its brought so far.

Subject: Wow...does this bring back childhood memories...
I was about five years old when the television was introduced, maybe even younger, but about eight when my mom bought us one. The good old console. Time really does fly.
Thanks much for posting this. I forgot all about this show; I have all their movies, and I've watched them all several times.

Congratulations on adding the missing episodes of "Efficiency Experts & Fall Guy. They were indeed missing and I'm very delighted that you have uploaded them. 😊 However, you are obviously unaware that one of your episodes "Amenesia" is a duplicate of "$1,000 TV Prize". Amenesia is still missing. Therefore, you have 51 episodes up here. Not 52. I was waiting to see if you were going to fix your 2 missing episodes by adding them up here. Which you did. Congratulations. However, if you check what I'm saying, you will find that your "Amenesia " episode is a duplicate of "$1,000 TV Prize". You need to correct this. When you have the opportunity and the time. In the meantime, I will rate your collection at 4 stars. When you correct the duplicate mistake and add a complete copy of "Amenesia" I will give you 5 stars. Happy to make you aware of this, and hope that this knowledge will help make your collection truly complete one day.
